Asus has a full range of new notebooks at CES 2019. The eye-catcher par excellence, however, is the ZenBook S13 – in the truest sense of the word.
CES 2019 (January 8-11, 2019) is once again attracting numerous companies to the gambling metropolis of Las Vegas. The focus is primarily on fresh technology and many world firsts. The computer manufacturer Asus from Taiwan is also preparing this year to present real highlights to trade visitors and the press. This category also includes the new ZenBook S13, which wants to leave the competition behind, especially when it comes to design.
CES 2019: Asus ZenBook S13 and 14
The ZenBook S13 ‘s 13.9-inch display features Full HD as well as the” NanoEdge “technology that shrinks the frame around the screen. As a result, the new Asus laptop with dedicated graphics unit is a contender for the front-runner position in the picture-case ratio: A full 97 percent of the surface consists of display! The notebook also adjusts the bar when it comes to case corners: Just 12.9 millimeters are supposed to make the device the world’s thinnest transportable computer with a dedicated graphics card. Apart from that, the ZenBook S13 cannot be lumped: An eighth-generation Intel Core-i7 processor works inside, providing up to 16 gigabytes of RAM for the power required. The GeForce MX150 serves as a graphics card, and the battery is expected to run a good 15 hours. The ZenBook 14 relies on similar equipment, with the device minimally larger. The NumberPad feature also switches the keyboard to a number block if you need to enter multiple numbers in a row. It is not yet known when and at what prices the models will be launched.
