OnePlus presents its first Prototype of a 5G smartphone at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona. The Device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform, but no further Information has yet been given.

OnePlus relies on the Snapdragon 855

Visitors to the 2019 MWC can currently get their first Look at the Prototype of OnePlus ‘ first 5G smartphone. This will be shown at the Stand of Qualcomm, which will also provide the corresponding Platform for the 5G

The OnePlus 5G smartphone uses the Snapdragon 855 Processor – so that the Device is also compatible with the fifth Generation of mobile Phones (For The 5G Knowledge item), but an additional 5G modem in the Form of the Qualcomm X50 has yet to be integrated.
